Laura Decker, NP
Laura S. Decker is a board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine. She received her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2014. After graduation she worked in urgent care, emergency medicine and family practice, taking care of many women’s health issues. Laura received her registered nurse degree in 1995 from Middle Georgia State University. Her passion has always been women’s health, having worked 18 years in the Women’s Center in Warner Robins as an RN in the newborn nursery/NICU (6 years), and in labor and delivery for over 12 years.
Laura is the proud mother of five children: Madison, DJ, Chris, Luke and Lauryn, as well as a grandmother of 11. She is a native of Kentucky, and has been a Georgia resident for over 30 years. She enjoys travel, cooking, gardening, spending time with her family, watching crime documentaries and most outdoor activities. She enjoys the benefits of eating a vegan diet and loves discussing this with all who are interested.
Laura feels she is finally “back home” working in women’s health, and is happily accepting new patients.
