To My Dear Patients and Friends,

After many wonderful years caring for you, I’m writing to share that I will be retiring from my practice in October.

It has been a privilege to be part of so many important moments in your lives. I am deeply grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the relationships I’ve had the honor of building over the years. Caring for you has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to serve you and your families.

As I begin this new chapter, I want you to know how much I have appreciated your kindness, trust, and support throughout the years. It has truly been an honor to be your provider, and I will carry many wonderful memories with me.

Thank you for making my career so meaningful. I will miss you tremendously!

He addressed all of my concerns but honestly, all of the providers at this office I’ve seen in the past few years (including nurse practitioners) have been great and thorough.
