Sam Fruge, CNM
Sam Fruge is a board Certified Nurse Midwife who grew up in the Middle Georgia area and graduated from Northside High School. Sam attended Georgia College and State University, graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2010.
After bedside nursing in labor and delivery, and mission work in Belize, Sam decided to return to school to pursue a career in midwifery. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in 2019 with a focus in midwifery in order to help advocate for women. Sam loves educating women through the pregnancy and birth process by taking birth back to the basics. She has worked in a birth center, has done water births and offers a holistic approach to labor and delivery.
Sam is married with two children; a 6 year old son and 2 year old daughter. In her time off, Sam enjoys spending time with her family, going on adventures, and taking trips to the beach or Disney.
